There is a predominance of blue and other similar shades passing on the feeling of security.
This bank is part of a “mother bank” which is Millennium BCP (as you can see on the logo – “by Millennium”), whose predominant colour is pink.
In this way, they were able to harmonize these colours transmitting a double sense of security and show this connection between them.
There is also a goodt use of most striking colours, such as orange in order to highlight the subject they’re talking about.

There is a nice harmonization of different pastel tones and a light contrast of the same shades in the words that are intended to be highlighted.
The perfect balance is achieved by using white (sometimes as a negative space) and grey for longer texts, allowing an easy reading for the user.

As the colour most associated with the brand is red, I think in this website there is an intelligent use of colours.
We see that they have used red in all parts of the website where they can stand out in a larger area, contrasting with smoother and more accessible colours that make it easier to read, such as shades of grey, white or black.
Very rarely red is used in letters other than part of the menu, wich gives a good contrast and highlight with the rest of the options.
